1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CrawlBot AI (the "Service"). By creating an account, executing an order, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts & Access
Accounts are tied to organizations (tenants). You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring authorized user roles. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, security threats, or legal compliance.
3. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
- No attempts to disrupt, probe, or bypass security
- No automated scraping of the Service outside documented APIs
- No misrepresentation of output as human-sourced where disclosure is required
4. Customer Content
"Customer Content" includes crawled pages you authorize, uploads, configuration, prompts, chat transcripts, and analytics data. You retain ownership. You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content to provide and improve the Service (quality, security, performance). We do not train foundation models with Customer Content.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, infrastructure, and trademarks. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
6. Plans, Billing & Trials
Free trials are usage-limited. Paid subscriptions renew periodically unless canceled. Failure to pay may result in suspension and eventual data deletion per policy. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Confidentiality
Non-public information disclosed by either party marked or reasonably understood as confidential must be protected with reasonable care and used only for the relationship. Exclusions: public info, independently developed, rightfully received without restriction, or required by law (with notice where lawful).
8. Security & Data Protection
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures (encryption, RBAC, isolation, logging). For personal data of data subjects, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may supplement these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for human oversight where required.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; (b) aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. These limits do not apply to misuse of IP, confidentiality breaches, or payment obligations.
11. Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. Either party may terminate for material breach (with 30 days to cure), insolvency events, or legal necessity. Upon termination, your access ceases; we will delete or return Customer Content per retention policies.
12. Suspension
We may suspend immediate access for security threats, abuse, or overdue fees. We will provide notice when practical.
13. Export & Compliance
You represent your use complies with applicable export controls and sanctions. You will not use the Service in prohibited jurisdictions or for prohibited end uses.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (excluding conflicts rules). Disputes will be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in that state.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, plus any signed order forms and DPA, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior proposals or representations.
